  If I could give no stars I would. This place is awful! My mother saw a teacher yanking her by the arm roughly on the monitors in the front which could've dislocated her arm, I saw a teacher humiliating and embarrassing her class as I walked by and then reported it to the head director, and then when my husband came to pick my child up, he was soaked in pee down to his ankles which embarrassed him and made me furious while breaking my heart! The only good teacher there is Sharon. She treats the kids with love and patience while wanting nothing but the best for them. All the others are awful from what I've witnessed myself!! Don't take your children there and risk something bad happening to them. Things like this cause embarrassment and could cause emotional damage and insecurities with those precious children. I'm livid. They know dang well my child is not potty trained. And the woman who was "watching" the class, Cheryl, is the one that wasn't caring for the class or my child. I even put extra pull ups in his cubby hole!! Not only that, but I confronted Cheryl and she said, "I didn't know he wasn't potty trained, but I take my class to go to the bathroom." What a complete moron!! It's neglect and pure laziness. There's no excuse. This place needs a new staff or needs to be shut down because clearly the head director, in my opinion, doesn't do much about about any bad situation. I'm getting my money refunded and filed a report!! This place will mistreat and neglect your children if they're not with Sharon. It's not worth it!! I even pay extra a month because he's not potty trained!! What a worthless facility!

  Our children have attended the palace for well over 5 years and we highly recommend this location. The staff have become a part of our family and we could not be more thankful for them in helping raise our babies. Our kids have fallen in love with each and everyone of their teachers and have made many memories that will last a life time here.
